Kids & Youth

Our Kids & Youth Muay Thai programmes offer a structured, engaging introduction to the art of Muay Thai, suitable for all abilities, with tailored support available for NDIS participants.

In these sessions, kids and teens learn essential stand-up fighting techniques while developing discipline, focus, and respect for others. 

We focus on building their confidence through safe, supportive training that improves their physical fitness, coordination, and mental resilience. 

Our trainers are experienced in working with youth, ensuring that they not only learn the sport but also gain valuable life skills, such as perseverance, goal-setting, and self-discipline. The programme encourages personal growth and provides a positive outlet for young athletes to challenge themselves in a fun and encouraging environment.

As part of our mission to make martial arts and fitness accessible to everyone, we bring our Muay Thai and fitness training to the wider community through our Mobile Gym Outreach Programmes.
